The company represents the common passion of its three partners, Alessandro Garrone, Marco Pedrelli and Roberto Costa, foodservice understood as a simple art that combines food and hospitality in the simplest way possible.

ARG invests in foodservice talent and structures; it has an exclusive and original approach to design, developing the decor to reflect the tastes of the market.Especially excited by single-theme brands, in recent years ARG created a chain of Maxelâ restaurants, a format whose name comes from the Genovese dialect for butcher.

The focal point of every sales point is the meat counter, surrounded with bottles of wine from the cellar, for the right combination of meat and red wine, the king and queen of traditional Italian cooking.The company believes that success comes from paying attention to the details and creates every design as if it were the first while giving its partners the benefit of the experience it has gained over the years.ARG operates in the following sectors:
