From Genoa to Milan to export the brand and philosophy of our dining experience.
We have repeated the format of butchers shop with tables along the Naviglio Grande, the historical customs and turnover area of Milan.
It is a faithful reproduction of the Genovese model, with meat on display and animals cooked whole, with a further, intentional accentuation of the butchers shop theme.
The room has all the tools of the trade, a wall of plates, marble-topped tables that replicate those of the old tripe shops and the kitchen on view.
A further asset are the staff, who were trained in the “Genovese school”.
It is a challenge to a competitive market, in which Maxelâ plays the card of meat in a Genovese expression, which has found a global formula without renouncing its Ligurian particularities.
It is a unique proposal in the Italian financial capital that has become the test case for the launching of the single-brand on a national level.
