Maxelâ Turin
Turin, the first capital of Italy and Turin, the setting of world renowned personalities and entrepreneurs. But for us, Turin is the capital of a land famous for its highly esteemed Italian meat and excellent red wine.
This is why after, after eight years of experience in the world of meat and catering, Maxelà’s restaurant was opened. Having reached the required level of expertise to conquer the most discerning palates of Piedmont customers, and through constant market research, it offers carefully selected meat of the highest quality from livestock reared according to tradition. The opening is being held in the heart of old town Turin, in Via Montebello, a stone’s throw from the Mole Antonelliana. It is on the ground floor of a period stone and brick building, in what was originally an old courtyard, in the most symbolic area of the rich history of “Madama” Turin.
Beneath a brick vaulted ceiling, and with the warmth of an old fireplace, Maxelà was built with its own concept of a meat restaurant, inspired by the old butcher shops of the 19th century. It surrounds the customer in the atmosphere of a butcher’s of days gone by, where quality was always sublime and the meat counter with its ruby red colour was a feast for the eyes and tantalised the taste buds…… Turin’s Maxelà begins here…
